Through our Capacity Building program, we have the potential to make real and positive change. This is one of our key areas of focus here at Will In Motion Inc. and a source of much success for our Nonprofit Organization.
Services
The following are a few of the services we offer.
EQUINE THERAPY
We provided equine therapy for Veterans, and First Responders
Incorporating a licensed Mental Health Professional and an Equine Specialist, we work with horses and individuals as equal partners in an experiential process that empowers life-changing outcomes.
RESPITE
We provide individuals, family members, and caregivers with
a break. A break can give them time to do everyday activities or to relax, deal with stress and look after themselves.
YOUTH PROJECT
We support youth in community services. They choose the projects they want to work on and we assist in the coordination of their projects.
Will In Motion Inc. has tax exempt status under section 501 (c) (3) and assists the disabled, their families and caretakers to achieve well-being. We are making a tremendous impact thanks to the help of volunteers in the New York community. The core of our work lies in the continuous passion and dedication we bring to the range of projects we take part in. Will In Motion - 2024 Summer Youth Project
Will In Motion (WIM) is proud to Sponsor teen members of the WIM Youth Group, from Upstate New York. These teens will participate in the 2024 International Coastal Cleanup® September 21, 2024.
WIM’s teen members will travel to Smith's Point, Fire Island National Seashore in Shirley, New York as part of #TeamSeas. WIM is happy to provide this educational and memorable event to our teens. Most have never seen the ocean in person, and they are looking forward to this worthwhile community event.
Why is this project so important?
For more than 35 years, 17 million volunteers have joined the International Coastal Cleanup® to collect more than 350 million pounds of plastic and debris, all the while recording what they find and helping inform research and legislation across the world. Join during the month of September to clean up your local beach, stream, park, or neighborhood. No matter where you are, you can help ocean creatures enjoy a trash free home. When we clean up our home, all those that live in the ocean can #SeatheChange.
